The short version

This is a free directory of road-trip games. Read it, share it, play the games, print the templates for your family. Don't try to break the site, don't abuse the contact form, and understand we provide it "as is" with no warranties. The site is owned and operated by Premier Code, Inc.

By using roadtripgames.guide, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we provide

A curated directory of family-friendly games you can play in the car, written and maintained for free. Most content is text explaining how to play games that have been played for generations. Some games include printable PDF templates we created. We try to keep everything accurate and available, but we don't guarantee perfection or constant uptime.

What you can do

• Read, share, and link to any page.
• Print and use the PDF templates for personal, family, classroom, or community use.
• Quote short excerpts with credit back to roadtripgames.guide.

What you can't do

• Scrape, mass-download, or republish substantial portions of the site without permission.
• Attempt to overload, hack, probe, or otherwise interfere with the site, the contact form, or related infrastructure.
• Send illegal, abusive, threatening, or impersonating messages through the contact form.
• Use the site or its content to train, build, or operate competing automated services.

Content and intellectual property

The site's design, illustrations, written explanations, code, brand marks, and PDF templates are © Premier Code, Inc. The underlying games themselves are common cultural knowledge and not owned by anyone — we just collect, explain, and present them clearly. Sources are credited on each game page where appropriate.

Game accuracy and variants

We document games as we encounter them, including regional variants when sources support them. If you spot an error or know a better-attested rule, please let us know — corrections are welcome.

Contributions you send us

When you send a message through the contact form — including game suggestions, corrections, or variants — you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish your suggestion on the site, without further compensation or attribution. Don't send anything confidential.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Use the site at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Code, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes and removal

We may update, change, or remove content at any time. We may also restrict access for users who abuse the site or these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
